General Information
  • $500.00 Deposit Required to hold your event date (Which is non-refundable upon cancellation)
  • Hall is available for your use from 12:00 Noon till Midnight
  • 150 Person Minimum for Saturdays
  • 100 Person Minimum for Sundays
  • Final Selections and guest numbers due 2 weeks prior to event date (These selections and final count numbers is what you will be billed for)
The following is included in the dinner packages
  • LINENS: Choice of color tablecloth and napkin
  • WHITE TABLE SKIRTING FOR: Head Tables, Reception Table, Cake Table, Gift Table
  • GLASSWARE: Includes water goblets, entire bar, and champagne toast flute
  • BARTENDERS: One tender included for every 75 people
  • BAR MIXERS: Juices, Soda, Tonic, Seltzer, etc.
  • BEER: Choice of any two domestic types - One ½ keg provided for every 75 people. You supply all other alcoholic beverages including the alcohol for the drink fountain.

  • PAPER PRODUCTS: Beverage Cups, Cocktail Napkins

CEREMONY ON-SITE:  Willow Tree Grove can also accommodate your wedding ceremony on-site.

                                            $500.00 for ceremony and includes 100 chairs ($1.00 for each additional chair)

 

  1. Deposit
    1. Is not included in the bill and will be mailed back after your event has been held. The deposit will also be used as a safety deposit. The party renting the hall is responsible for any breakage or damages.

  2. Decorations
    1. NO tacking or taping anywhere. Everything must be tied.
    2. If there is an event the day before yours, you may come in the day of your event no earlier then 10:00a.m.
    3. EXTRA CLEAN UP FEE will be charged for any confetti decoration used.

  3. Bar
    1. All alcohol on the premises must be served from the bar.
    2. Bartenders stay until everyone is off the premises.

  4. DJ
    1. His meal must be included in your count and seating arrangement.
    2. Let him know when you are to be announced.
    3. Please ask him to tell your guest that there is no hitting on the glassware, due to chipping and breakage.

  5. Additional Charges
    1. Everyone must vacate the property by the time scheduled to leave the premises. If you are not off the property by this scheduled time, $100.00 will be charged plus bartenders per extra hour or part there of. NOTE: The hall is available until 12:00 midnight.
    2. Dinner must start on time or you will be charged $100.00 for every 15 minutes late.
    3. If you plan to have your wedding along with your reception at Willow Tree Grove a $200.00 fee will be charged.
    4. If you would like more beer then is supplied for your event additional ½ kegs are $85.00 per keg.
    5. All events that have a bar are subject to a $75.00 liquor liability charge.

  6. Other
    1. Reception cards must be in alphabetical order to be put on the reception table.
    2. Guests may not arrive early. They may start to come in when cocktail hour starts.
    3. Our facility does not provide children meals.
    4. Willow Tree Grove is not responsible for any items left at the facility.
      Please take all belongings with you at the end of your event. (Cake pieces, decorations, etc.)
    5. All prices are subject to change without notice.
    6. Any event that lasts longer than seven hours will be subject to an additional charge of $100.00 per hour and staffing fees.

  7. Optional
    1. If you choose to pay by MasterCard or Visa on your final payment, a 3% transaction fee will be added to the amount being charged.  For American Express, a transaction fee of 4% will be added to the amount being charged.
