General Information All menu prices included: food, beverages, service, parking attendants, and use of recreational facilities and equipment. BEVERAGES AVAILABLE: coke, diet coke, sprite, root beer, ice tea, coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate ICE CREAM SUNDAE BAR: available all day Children under 4 no charge $500.00 deposit required to hold your event date (the deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.) Hall is available for your use from 12:00 noon till midnight 150 person minimum for Saturdays 100 person minimum for Sundays Final selections and guest numbers due 2 weeks prior to event date (these selections and final count numbers are what you will be billed for.) CLEAN UP FEE: $150.00 18% gratuity will be charged to balance due (balance due 2 weeks prior to event) Beer - $80.00 per ½ keg You must bring in all other alcoholic beverages Bartenders will be provided by us at your cost, $20.00/hour per tender (1 tender for every 75 people) VINYL TABLE COVERS: $1.00 per person LINENS ARE AVAILABLE: $3.00 per person includes table cloth and napkin GLASSWARE IS AVAILABLE: $3.00 per person (entire event is complete glassware) RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AVAILABLE: volleyball, basketball, children's play area Additional 10% off-site catering (minimum 50 people) Prices subject to change without notice. If you choose to pay by MasterCard or Visa on your final payment, a 3% transaction fee will be added to the amount being charged. For American Express, a transaction fee of 4% will be added to the amount being charged. Any event that lasts longer than seven hours will be subject to an additional charge of $100.00 per hour and staffing fees. All events that have a bar are subject to a $75.00 liquor liability charge.
